    Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

    They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

    I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Best of all, Dr. Karen is a fabulous dentist and also extremely nice. You can't do any better!
